The Brighton Support Group was founded by Francesca Sciberras in 2024 as a service to support women, men, couples and families. She runs one to one and group sessions providing support for vulnerable people within a safe and confidential space.
Francesca is a compassionate and dedicated support worker who provides effective therapeutic support to individuals facing a variety of emotional, psychological, and behavioural challenges. Her expertise includes working with children, adolescents, and adults, in both individual and group settings.
She completed level 2 counselling skills and is currently working on level 3 to further enhance her ability to support and understand her clients’ needs.
Francesca has developed a wide range of skills such as empathetic listening, therapeutic support, emergency management and conducting key work sessions. As a support worker she has worked for YMCA, Nelbro Care, Sunrose Care and Cavendish Care Home and worked in the community with Brighton and Hove Albion FC.

Francesca would like to share with all her clients that she is still in training and has an ambition to be a level 4 counsellor. When providing individual and group sessions all participants are asked to sign an acknowledgement they accept her level of qualification.
Francesca’s experience comes from 20 years of working with people in need and supporting them in a diverse range of situations.
